Your details, and what happens to them.
This site is run by Gabriel Middleton, trading as G.R. Middleton Groundworks, near Romsey in Hampshire. It collects the details you choose to send through the enquiry form and nothing else.
What the enquiry form collects
Your name, your email address, and what work you need. A phone number and a job location are optional, and only used if you give them.
What it is used for
To reply to your enquiry. Your message is emailed to Gabriel, and you receive an automatic note confirming it arrived. He uses your details to answer you, quote for the work, and arrange it if you go ahead. They are not used for marketing, and they are not sold or passed to anyone else.
Where it is kept
The site is hosted by Vercel and the emails are sent through Resend, both of which process the message in order to deliver it. After that it sits in Gabriel’s email, like any other enquiry, for as long as it is useful for dealing with your job and keeping a record of the work.
Cookies and tracking
None. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers, which is why there is no cookie banner. Links to Facebook and WhatsApp take you to those services, which have their own policies.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details held about you, have them corrected, or have them deleted. Email gabriel@grmiddleton.com or call 07871 638934. If you are unhappy with how your details have been handled, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
